Job Title - Administrator/Wellbeing Shine Wizard
Job Summary

We are looking for an administrator with brilliant organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, excellent written and communication skills and a desire to ensure The Worry Wizard® maximises the amount of Wellbeing shine it delivers.

At The Worry Wizard we are determined to find ways to help the children who most need help with their mental health and Wellbeing at the point they most need help. We have found a number of different ways to do this including working with schools, the NHS, charitable foundations and charities. Amy Smythe, our chief Worry Wizard, has just won the 'Community Change' award at the Merseyside Women of the Year Awards, an award which 'recognises the women whose contribution to communities changes all aspects of an environment for the better. They make a substantial difference to the lives of others and work collaboratively to effect environmental shifts that create and maintain community cohesion and have a widespread impact on large numbers of people, bringing them together as one'.

We have many opportunities to grow our work and, therefore, our impact. Joining our team would enable you to be a key part of this growth with plenty of opportunity to grow your role.

Job Description

This would initially be a 6-month fixed term contract for a minimum of 7 hours per week, Monday – Friday. If successful in the role we would aim to offer a permanent contract beyond the initial fixed term, with increased hours.

You would help to provide relationship support to all Worry Wizard clients as well as managing client data and would be reporting to Amy Smythe throughout.

The Worry Wizard is a close-knit team and whilst you would primarily work from home, you will need to attend our headquarters in Chester for the initial training period and when required thereafter.

We are committed to nurturing emotional connection between children, young people and adults enabling the move from Worries to Wellbeing; in school, at home and in the Community. We very much look forward to adding another member to our team who shares this commitment.
