I use the phrase 'exhale moment' frequently in my work. But what do I mean by it?
Here are just a few of the ways we are working, currently, to help children and their grownups, experience an exhale moment.
Our tried, tested and proven Wellbeing programme is being used in primary schools across England and Wales. Some of this work is funded by the NHS, some by schools themselves and some by charitable trusts and charities seeking to positively impact children's mental health.
"We love The Worry Wizard here; it's a programme that couldn't have been more perfectly times as so many more children have worries about so many things these days."
Kathryn Evans, Headteacher, St Gwladys Primary, Bargoed.
Working in partnership with Pennine Care NHS, we are creating and delivering a brand-new programme designed to support children on the CAMHS waiting list to begin to move from Worries to Wellbeing.
Combining the therapeutic approach of The Worry Wizard with Bigfoot's creative approach to education, this range of programmes uses drama as a vehicle to positively impact children's mental health.
There are lots more which I will share next week.
I hope you have a lovely bank holiday weekend.
Sending you lots of Wellbeing wishes,
Amy.
